A meeting of the AVFU Executive Committee was held in the Football House

A meeting of the AVFU Executive Committee was held in the Football House under the chairmanship of the Acting President of the Association of Football Veterans of Ukraine Anatoly Demyanenko. Oleksiy Mykhailichenko and Alan Pliev, first vice-presidents of the UAF, also took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, members of the executive committee considered the following issues:

1. Organization and holding of matches of the national football veterans of Ukraine in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the creation of a working group on the preparation of the plan-calendar of the work of AVFU for the IV quarter of 2022.

2. About the notification letter from "UAF Marketing" LLC to AVFU regarding the illegal use of the "Agrobusiness" sign and providing access to the administration of pages in social networks and the AVFU website.

3. About the organization and holding of a charity match in honor of the winner of the "Golden Ball"-1975, honored coach of Ukraine Oleg Blokhin on the occasion of the 70th anniversary.

"The executive committee decided to create working groups to plan and organize matches of the veterans' national team in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to prepare a plan-calendar of our organization's activities, because it is not only about the national team among veterans. Claims regarding the illegal use during matches of the national team of commercial rights owned by UAF and LLC "UAF Marketing" were also considered. This is the presence on the form of the "Agribusiness" sign, which is not spelled out in any contract. And a working group was also approved for the preparation of a charity match in honor of Oleg Blokhin's 70th birthday, which should submit its proposals for honoring the legendary player and coach by the end of September," Anatoliy Demyanenko, acting president of AVFU, commented on the results of the executive committee's work.
