Today, September 24, the national team of Ukraine will play a match of the 5th round of the League of Nations against the team of Armenia in Yerevan (start at 16.00:XNUMX p.m.). 

Compared to the match against Ukraine in the 3rd round of the League of Nations (0:3), which took place on June 11 of this year, the composition of the national team of Armenia has undergone significant changes.

The coach of the Armenian team, Joaquin Caparros, first of all refused the services of the goalkeeper of "Noravank" Henry Avagyan.

In the defense, Kamo Hovhannesyan from Kazakhstan's "Astana" and Hayk Ishkhanyan with Arman Hovhannesyan from "Pyunik" did not receive a challenge. Instead, mountaineer Hakop Hakopyan from "Ararat-Armenia" was included in the ranks.

There were nine changes in the midfield at once. Absent are Solomon Udo and Vbeymar Angulo from "Ararat-Armenia", Rudik Mkrtchyan and Edgar Malakyan from "Ararat" and Artur Serobyan from CSKA. Instead, Zhirayr Shagoyan from CSKA Sofia, Karen Muradyan from "Ararat-Armenia", Serhiy Mkrtchyan from "Urart" and Serob Galstyan from "Ararat" can play against Ukraine. In attack, Joaquin Caparros will be forced to do without Hoffenheim forward Sarkis Adamian.

The Armenian national team held a training camp at the Technical Center of the Football Federation of Armenia. The last to join the team was midfielder Lucas Selarayan from the American "Columbus Crew".
