Clarification of the Committee of Referees of the UAF regarding the interpretation of the game episode by the referee of the match of the 7th round of the Vbet League "Rukh" - "Dnipro-1"
The Committee of Referees of the Ukrainian Football Association explained interpretation of the game episode at the 44th minute of the match Vbet 7th round Leagues Rukh (Lviv) — "Dnipro-1" (Dnipro), which took place on October 16.
"Player No. 29 of FC "Rukh" has no intention of playing to get possession of the ball, and deliberately interferes with only one goal - to create an obstacle with his own body. He did not play the ball, but only touched it, and at the same time he hinders the progress of the player No. 11 of FC "Dnipro-1", standing in the path of the latter's movement. The 11-meter shot was correctly called," Nikola Rizzoli, the chief arbitration expert of the Ukrainian Football Association, commented on the episode.
