The women's beach soccer team of Ukraine named the squad for the prestigious tournament in Saudi Arabia — Neom Beach Soccer Cup 2022.

From November 9 to 12, Yury Klymenko's wards will take part in the representative competition in Saudi Arabia - Neom Beach Soccer Cup 2022. In addition to the Ukrainian team (5th place in the world ranking), the teams of England (2), Brazil (4) will participate. and the Netherlands (16). The tournament will be held in a round-robin format, followed by the final. 

Unfortunately, most of the girls from the main team could not go to this tournament for various reasons, so the team went with an incomplete team and two new players.

The composition of the women's national team of Ukraine in beach soccer 

Goalkeeper: Anastasia Terech. 

Outfield players: Iryna Dubytska, Maria Tikhonova, Myroslava Vypasnyak, Maryana Kramna, Oksana Kholod, Anastasia Kalyagina.   

Also, due to family circumstances, its head coach Yuriy Klymenko was unable to travel with the team, so at this tournament, the captain of the national team, Yulia Dekhtyar, who is currently recovering from an injury to the elbow joint, will perform the duties of a mentor. 

"The goal of this tournament is to gain playing experience with the top world teams and to see new girls who are candidates for inclusion in the main team of the next season," said Yuriy Klymenko.
