The main contender for promotion to the first league, "Niva" from Buzova, became the winner of the Memorial of the legendary goalkeeper Oleg Makarov for the first time.

The fate of the final confrontation with amateurs from "Sturm" (Ivankiv) was decided in a series of post-match penalties. The main time ended in a draw - 1:1, and in the so-called football lottery, the lucky ticket went to professionals led by Serhii Karpenko. Serhii Zuyevich from Niva was recognized as the best player of the tournament, who, by the way, opened the scoring in the decisive match.

We would like to add that the winners and laureates of the Oleg Makarov Memorial were congratulated by the first vice-presidents of the UAF Oleksiy Mykhailychenko, Anatoly Demyanenko and Vadym Kostyuchenko.

Meanwhile, Serhii Syzykhin, known for his work with the first league Helios from Kharkiv, was appointed as the new head coach of "Chaika" (Petropavlivska Borshchagivka). The specialist has already been introduced to the team, and soon the representatives of the Kyiv region will start training for the spring part of the season under his guidance.
