General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: operational information on the Russian invasion (as of 06.00 05.02.2023)

We bring to your attention the operative information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00:05.02.2023 on March XNUMX, XNUMX regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and forty-seventh day of the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

The Russian Federation is concentrating its efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Kupyan, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Novopavliv directions.

Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by invaders in the areas of the settlements of Kreminna and Shipylivka in the Luhansk region and Verkhnyokamianske, Blagodatne, Krasna Gora, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske and Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region.

The enemy continues to defend previously captured lines in other directions, shelling the positions of our units and settlements bordering the contact line.

Over the course of a day, the enemy fired 61 rockets from multiple rocket launchers, including at the civilian infrastructure of Kherson. In addition, the threat of strikes by the Russian Federation on civilian objects throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high.

On the Volyn, Polis, Siver and Slobozhan directions no offensive groups of the enemy were detected. At the same time, the areas of the settlements of Senkivka, Chernihiv region, were shelled; Boyaro-Lezhachi — Sumy and Oleksandrivka, Hlyboke, Krasne, Zelene, Neskuchne, Staritsa, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Budarky, Chugunivka and Velikiy Burluk in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Kupyansk direction the enemy shelled from tanks and artillery the areas of the settlements of Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Hryanikyvka, Synkivka, Kupyansk, Pishchane, Kislivka, and Krokhmalne of the Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka of the Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction Terni in the Donetsk region and Makiivka, Ploshanka, Nevske, Chervonpopivka and Dibrova in the Luhansk region were affected by fire.

In the Bakhmut direction Spirne, Berestov, Vesele, Bilogorivka, Rozdolivka, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Klishchiivka, Bila Gora, Ozaryanivka, Druzhba, Mayorsk and New York of the Donetsk region were damaged by the fire of the Russian occupiers.

In the Avdiivka direction Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Georgiivka, Maryinka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka came under artillery fire once again.

In the Novopavlovsk direction Ugledar, Bogoyavlenka, Prechistivka, Neskuchne, Vremivka and Velyka Novosilka were fired upon.

On the Zaporizhia and Kherson directions the areas of populated areas of Novopil of Donetsk region were affected by the entire range of enemy artillery; Gulyaipole, Yehorivka, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Orihiv and Shcherbaki of the Zaporizhia region and Antonivka and Kherson.

In the temporarily occupied Horlivka of the Donetsk region, all medical facilities are full of wounded invaders. That is why the Russian occupiers are setting up kindergartens, schools or simply warehouses for field hospitals. It is also known that medical personnel from Yakutia arrived at one of these hospitals, where about 70 people are being treated, in the city of Svitlodarsk, Donetsk region.

Cases of refusals to participate in combat actions of mobilized Russian servicemen are noted. As of February 3, up to 600 persons of the specified category were returned from Luhansk region to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Over the past day, the Ukrainian aviation has carried out five strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers, as well as two strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems.

Over the past XNUMX hours, units of missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine have hit the control post, three areas where the enemy's manpower is concentrated, an anti-aircraft missile complex, and a warehouse of fuel and lubricants.
