The Ukraine efootball team stays fifth during the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023 play-ins third match week

The Ukraine national efootball team in the FIFA discipline played its first matches of the FIFAe Nations Cup 2 play-ins third match week.

This is the final game week for the blue and yellows in the play-ins that have been ongoing since December 2022 in the 2vs2 format within FIFA 23 on the PS5 platform.

Oleksandr CIG Grishay Gryshai and Andriy CIG ST92 Shakalov, who represent the Ukrainian team in these competitions, started the match week with a defeat from Switzerland - 1:3.

In the next match, Ukrainians secured a confident victory over efootballers from Georgia - 4:2. However, this success turned out to be the only one for our players, who unexpectedly failed in the second part of the match day.

In the encounter with Poland, the Ukrainians missed a penalty at 0:1, after which they were unable to return to the game, conceding twice more from the opponents. A series of mistakes in defense in the match against Greece led to one more loss with a score of 4:6.

Thus, Ukraine finished the first day of the third match week in fifth place in the group with three points.

Already tomorrow, Ukraine will hold the second leg matches and try to recover after unsuccessful performances, in order to gain more ranking points for a higher position in the seeding of the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023 online qualifiers.
