UEFA Youth League. The winner of the tournament was the Dutch AZ for the first time

In the final match of the UEFA Youth League Dutch AZ U-19 defeated Croatian "Hajduk" U-19. Both teams reached the decisive stage of the tournament for the first time.

Today, AZ and Hajduk met in the final match of the UEFA Youth League in Geneva. The day before, in the semifinals, the Dutch defeated the Portuguese "Sporting" in a penalty shootout (2:2 in regular time), and the Croatians defeated the Italian "Milan" (3:1).

In the final, AZ scored five goals against Hayduk and eventually became the winner of the UEFA Youth League for the first time in history.
