The women's beach soccer team of Ukraine will play friendly matches with teams from Poland and Portugal

In preparation for III In June, the women's beach soccer team of Ukraine will play friendly matches with teams from Poland and Portugal at the European Games.

In the group round of the European Games in Poland, the women's beach soccer team of Ukraine will compete in Group B together with Spain and Italy. Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic will play in the other three. To prepare for the prestigious tournament, Yuriy Klymenko's wards will hold two training sessions.

The first of them will be held from May 30 to June 4 in Gdańsk. During it, on June 3 and 4, the Ukrainian women will play two friendly matches with the Polish team. 

On June 5, at the invitation of the Portuguese Football Federation, the blue and yellow team will travel to the town of Nazare, where they will hold another training session. Within its limits, our national team will play against the Portuguese team twice. The matches are scheduled for June 6 and 7.

After that, on June 10, the women's national team of Ukraine will fly home, but several of its players will remain in Nazaré, where they will play for their clubs in the European Champions Cup. 

We would like to remind you that both men's and women's beach soccer tournaments at the 2023 European Games will be held from June 27 to July 1 in Tarnow, Poland.

According to the regulations of the competition, the women's national teams will play in a one-round tournament at the group stage, based on the results of which the two best teams from each group will advance to the semifinals. The losers will compete for the 5th-6th places.
