Today, December 13, the youngest national team of Ukraine, U-15 (footballers born no older than 2010), began its performance at the UEFA Development Tournament in Portugal. The competition is held at on the fields of the Cidade do Futebol sports complex in Lisbon. 

In the opening match, the blue-and-yellows faced the hosts. In the first half, the Portuguese had the advantage and scored two goals — Martim Ribeiro twice took advantage of the Ukrainians' defensive mistakes.

At the beginning of the second half of the match, Bodak had a good chance, but he did not beat the goalkeeper. The Portuguese continued to regularly threaten Pozhar's goal, and in the 72nd minute, Simão Lopes scored after a great shot. Our guys had their chances, but they were unable to increase the score — 0:3.

Our team will also face the national teams of Italy (December 15) and Turkey (December 18). Both matches will start at 13:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
