In the 2025/2026 season, the Ukrainian Women's Football Cup will be held under an updated system, which includes four preliminary stages, as well as the final part: quarterfinals, semifinals and final. All stages of the competition consist of one match. In the event of a draw in regular time, the winner will be determined without extra time, immediately in a series of post-match penalties (elimination penalties), in accordance with the IFAB Laws of the Game.

The 2026 League Cup is a tournament that this year will be a stage of preparation for the First League teams before the start of the spring part of the season.

During the draw, participants were divided into seeded and unseeded groups based on their positions in the First League standings.

Two quartets have been formed, in which each team will play three matches in the group stage. The winner and runners-up of the tournament will be determined in play-off matches: 1A - 1B (final) and 2A - 2B (match for third place).

The competition will be held in Uzhhorod from March 16 to 19, 2026.
