"Carpathian Change" is a joint initiative of the regional military administrations and the Ukrainian Football Association, supported by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Children from eight frontline regions and Kyiv region are traveling to picturesque corners of the Carpathians for mental and physical recovery: to rest in safety, regain strength, and spend time with peers.

Special camps for children aged 9–12 years will operate in the territories of Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions. The program aims to restore children through group unity with shared values ​​and a common goal, integrating elements of football into activities.

Overall, "Carpathian Change" will last 28 days and cover 13 regions. Over 200 educators, 50 instructors, and 10 qualified supervisors will be involved in the program. More than 1700 children will participate.
