The decisive match, in which Kolos (Kovalyvka) and Metalist 1925 (Kharkiv) will meet, will take place on May 27 in Kyiv at the V. Bannikov National Theater. The match will start at 16:00 p.m.

Accreditations will be issued on the day of the match, May 27, two hours before the start of the game.
