— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of FC Karpaty Lviv football player Cheberynchak A. during the match of the 25th round of the National U-19 League between FC Rukh Lviv and FC Karpaty Lviv, which took place on April 24, 2026, suspended the football player FC Karpaty Lviv Cheberynchaka A. from participating in competitions for 6 (six) matches (for violent behavior), of which 2 (two) matches are conditionally suspended with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of FC Metalist 1925 Kharkiv player D. Yeremenko during the match of the 25th round of the National League U-19 FC LNZ Cherkasy – FC Metalist 1925 Kharkiv, which took place on April 24, 2026, suspended a football player from FC Metalist 1925 Kharkiv Yeremenko D. from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for serious misconduct);

— having reviewed materials regarding inappropriate behavior of FC Karpaty Lviv fans during the match of the 25th round of the VBET UPL FC Rukh Lviv – FC Karpaty Lviv, which took place on April 25, 2026, obliged FC Karpaty Lviv to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated unauthorized appearance of unauthorized persons in the playing area);
