- having considered the materials regarding the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Championship among the teams of the first league of the 2025/26 season FC "Chernihiv" Chernihiv - FC "Chornomorets" Odesa, which took place on May 9, 2026, suspended the head coach of FC "Chernihiv" Chernihiv Chorny V. from participating in the competition for 4 (four) matches and obliged Chorny V. to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated use of offensive, obscene, insulting words to the referee of the match), obliged FC "Chernihiv" Chernihiv to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for the unauthorized appearance of an unauthorized person in the playing area), obliged FC "Chernihiv" Chernihiv to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 12,500 (twelve thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the actions of the fans that led to the suspension of the match);

- having considered the materials regarding a possible violation of the regulatory norms of FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih during the match of the 27th round of the VBET UPL FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih - FC Karpaty Lviv, which took place on May 8, 2026, obliged FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 110,000 (one hundred ten thousand) hryvnias (for repeated failure by FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih to comply with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely, exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators at the stadium);

- having considered the materials on the removal of the assistant head coach of FC "Kolos" Kovalivka Shelayev O. after the match of the 27th round of the VBET UPL FC "Kolos" Kovalivka - FC "Kudrivka" Kudrivka, which took place on May 8, 2026, suspended the assistant head coach of FC "Kolos" Kovalivka Shelayev O. from participating in the competition for 3 (three) matches and obliged Shelayev O. to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for entering the field with the aim of entering into a conflict with a match official after the end of the match);

- having considered the materials regarding the match of the 27th round of the VBET UPL FC "LNZ" Cherkasy - FC "Dynamo" Kyiv, which took place on May 9, 2026, obliged FC "LNZ" Cherkasy to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance by FC "LNZ" Cherkasy with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for the Organization and Holding of Football Matches in Ukraine under Martial Law, namely, exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators at the stadium), obliged FC "LNZ" Cherkasy to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 40,000 (forty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated use of pyrotechnic devices by fans of FC "LNZ" Cherkasy);

- having considered the materials regarding the possible violation of regulatory norms by SK Poltava Poltava during the match of the 27th round of the VBET UPL SK Poltava Poltava - FC Shakhtar Donetsk, which took place on May 10, 2026, obliged SK Poltava Poltava to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for failure by SK Poltava Poltava to comply with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely, exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators at the stadium);

- having considered the materials regarding the inappropriate behavior of FC Shakhtar Donetsk fans during the match of the 27th round of the VBET UPL SC Poltava Poltava - FC Shakhtar Donetsk, which took place on May 10, 2026, obliged FC Shakhtar Donetsk to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 575,000 (five hundred seventy-five thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated use of pyrotechnic devices by fans of FC Shakhtar Donetsk;

- having considered the materials on the removal of the physical training coach of FC "Rukh" Lviv Dytyatieva O. during the match of the 27th round of the National League U-19 FC "Rukh" Lviv - FC "Veres" Rivne, which took place on May 8, 2026, suspended the physical training coach of FC "Rukh" Lviv Dytyatieva O. from participating in the competition for 5 (five) matches, of which 1 (one) match was conditionally suspended with a probationary period of 1 (one) year and ordered Dytyatieva O. to pay a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for using obscene, offensive words and actions towards match officials);

- having considered the materials regarding the removal of the football player of SC "Poltava" Poltava Troyan E. during the match of the 27th round of the National League U-19 SC "Poltava" Poltava - FC "Shakhtar" Donetsk, which took place on May 09, 2026, suspended the football player of SC "Poltava" Poltava Troyan E. from participating in the competition for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior), of which 1 (one) match was suspended conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

- having considered the materials regarding the expulsion of the football player "Bukovyna-2" Chernivtsi Yudin M. during the match of the 31st round of the Ukrainian Championship among the teams of the second league of the 2025/26 season "Bukovyna-2" Chernivtsi - "Real Farma" Odesa, which took place on May 10, 2026, suspended the football player "Bukovyna-2" Chernivtsi Yudin M. from participating in the competition for 3 (three) matches (for violent behavior), of which 1 (one) match was conditionally suspended with a probationary period of 1 (one) year.
