“Carpathian Change” is a joint initiative of regional military administrations and the Ukrainian Football Association with the support of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Children from eight front-line regions and the Kyiv region travel to the picturesque corners of the Carpathians for mental and physical recovery: to rest in safety, gain strength, and spend time with their peers.

Special camps for children aged 9–12 will operate in the Transcarpathian, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions. The program aims to restore children by uniting them into groups with shared values and a single goal, and football elements are integrated into the classes.

In total, the "Carpathian Change" will last 28 days and will cover 13 regions. More than 200 educators, 50 instructors, and 10 qualified supervisors will join the work. More than 1700 children will participate in the program.
