The 2026 European Futsal Championship will be held from May 27 to June 4 in Bratislava (Slovakia).

The European Futsal Championship is held under the auspices of the European Futsal Federation (EMF). The tournament brings together national teams from across the continent and remains the main competition of the season for teams in the sport.

The Ukrainian national futsal team will play in the group stage against teams from Belgium, Turkey, and Serbia. The team's head coach, Oleksandr Bondar, has called up 17 players for the tournament:

Goalkeepers: Yaroslav Morikishka, Myroslav Magursky.

Field players: Andriy Zagranichny, Andriy Kovalchuk, Stanislav Hnatkovsky, Mykhailo Hrytsyna, Vadym Ivanov, Dmytro Sorokin, Nikita Sinitsyn, Dmytro Klochko, Serhiy Lapa, Andriy Tsopa, Igor Tykhnenko, Oleksandr Kolesnikov, Denys Blank, Oleksandr Tarasyuk, Artem Sokhatsky.

Schedule of matches for the Ukrainian national team in the group stage:
- May 28, 13:15 PM — Ukraine – Belgium
- May 29, 15:30 — Ukraine – Turkey
- May 30, 22:15 — Serbia – Ukraine

The Ukrainian national team will play all three matches over three consecutive days. All matches of the 2026 European Futsal Championship in live broadcast will be broadcast by Kyivstar TV. 


Tournament format:
The final stage will feature 24 teams, divided into six groups of four teams. The top two teams from each group, as well as the four best third-place teams, will advance to the playoffs. A total of 16 teams will qualify for the knockout round.

The group stage matches will take place from May 27 to 30. The playoff stage will begin on June 1, with the final scheduled for June 4.
