In 2007 he graduated from Dnipropetrovsk National University, majoring in "Foreign Economic Relations".

In 2005 was awarded with UAF medal "For services".
In 2007, was awarded with medal "For Work and Habits".

Experience

From 1995 to 1997 - Director of JSC "Buddniproservice".
From 1997 to 1998 - Deputy Director of JSC "Dnipromine".
From 1999 to 2001 - Director of LLC Niktrans.
From 2001 to 2016 - Chairman of Football Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region.
Since 2003 - Member of UAF Executive Committee.
Since 2009 - Head of the NOC of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region. Member of the Executive Committee of the NOC of Ukraine.
From 2012 to 2015 - Vice-President of Ukrainian Association of Football.
On March 6, 2015 was elected as the president of Ukrainian Association of Football.
From 2015 to 2017 - Deputy Chairman of UEFA Committee of National Associations.
On May 11, 2017, he was elected a member of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, where he worked until 2020.
On June 1, 2017, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the UEFA Legal Committee.
On June 16, 2017 was elected as President of the Public Association "Ukrainian Association of Football".
On December 21, 2018, he was elected Vice President of the NOC of Ukraine
On 7 February 2019 was elected to UEFA Executive Committee.
On 29 May 2019 was elected as chairman of UEFA Committee on the Status of Players, Transfers, Agents and Match Agents.
