Play-off matches took place with teams competing for a place in the Premleague next season.
Desna and Poltava, who played decisive matches at home, managed to win with the right score and qualify for the elite division.
Thus, the rotation between the two strongest leagues will be large-scale: the places of "Steel" (dropped out), "Stars" and "Chernomorets" in the Premier League will be occupied by "Arsenal" (winner of the first league tournament), "Poltava" and "Desna" .
