Lviv Energy won the Futsal Super Cup of Ukraine on the seventh attempt
In the fight for the title, Valery Legchanov's wards snatched victory from Kherson's Prodexim.
The opening match of the new futsal season in Ukraine took place in the Lviv Palace of Sports "Halychyna". In the battle for the Super Cup, the champion of the Extra-League "Prodexim" and the winner of the National Cup "Energy" met.
For most of the match, Kherson was in the lead. During the first half, Energia lagged behind by two goals, but before the break Prodexim took the lead again. However, he failed to keep the advantage, while the hosts scored twice more at the end of the match. Lviv's Oleh Legendzevych scored the winning goal in the 38th minute.
Thus, the first trophy in the new season went to "Energy". For the wards of Valery Legchanov, this is a very valuable title, because in their previous six matches for the Super Cup, the green and whites lost. Prodexim loses for the second year in a row in the opening match of the season.
