Ukrainian U-19 Championship: Abundant Harvest of Kyiv and Lviv Duo

The autumn of the U-19 Championship is nearing completion in the autumn, in which teams must spend 14 matches.

One of the participants, by the way, skated his program ahead of schedule. This is "Alexandria", which in September played a match of the 13th round against "Volyn" (1: 0), and in October - the 14th round against "Mariupol" (2: 1). Volyn played in the same mode (in October they played a match of the 14th round against Arsenal-Kyiv - 2: 0), but it had an open match of the 3rd round with Dynamo, which was postponed. Exactly how much is unknown. A similar fate befell three more matches: Desna - Shakhtar (round 3), Dynamo - Zorya (round 8), Shakhtar - Arsenal-Kyiv (round 8).

Therefore, analyzing the seven tours that have passed over time last review, it is worth adjusting the number of games played by teams. That is, to distinguish the absolute indicators of the participants (total number of points scored during this period) from the relative (average number of points per match).

Dynamo, Karpaty and Lviv performed better than the others in seven rounds, scoring 16 points each. But Kyiv spent six matches on it (the average is 2,667 points per match), and both Lviv teams spent seven (2,285).

Dynamo did not beat the opponent only once - in the game on November 11 with Shakhtar (0: 0), who scored 14 points in six matches. The Pitmen issued another draw - with "Mariupol" on October 19 (0: 0), and averaged 2,333 points per match - this is the second result after "Dynamo".

And for the capital team under the leadership of Igor Kostyuk in this segment score younger players - born in 2001: Vikentiy Voloshin - 4 goals, Yaroslav Nadolsky - 3, Artem Shulyansky - 2, Ruslan Skidan - 1. Even 16-year-old Vladislav Vanat scored a goal ( 2002 year of birth), although they help their partners with goals scored and older (2000 year of birth): Vadym Mashchenko - 3, Yevhen Isayenko - 2.

Shakhtar, currently headed by Andres Carrasco, has a similar picture. The best scorer of Donetsk in this segment is 17-year-old Stanislav Biblyk (5 goals). His peers Myroslav Trofimyuk and Oleksandr Drambayev scored once, and 16-year-old Heorhiy Sudakov scored twice. Players born in 2000 scored four more goals: Artem Bondarenko - 3, Pavlo Shushko - 1.

Continuing the theme of points achievements of clubs, it should be noted that more or less decent indicators are also "Zorya", "Chornomorets" (average 2 points per game), "Mariupol" (1,75) and "Alexandria" (1,5) .

Desna and Olimpik, which lost all matches, completely failed this part of the tournament distance. Metalurh scored only three points and Volyn seven.
