According to the official website of Schalke, today the team of the player of the national team of Ukraine Yevhen Konoplyanka commences short-term preparatory work before the start of the second part of the 2018-2019 season.
The Gelsenkirchen Club will be preparing in Benidorm, Spain, where it will hold its first training session after Christmas and New Year's at the Melia Villaitana Hotel today in the afternoon.
The training camp will last nine days. As part of it, as we have already reported, Konoplyanka's team is scheduled for one control match - against Belgian Genk Ruslan Malinovskyi (January 11).
We will add that the first official match in 2019 "Schalke" will hold on January 20 in Gelsenkirchen against "Wolfsburg".
