According to the results of the case on April 11.04.2019, XNUMX, the FFC FTC applied the following sanctions to the club, its functionaries and football players:

1) Exclude FC Sumy Sumy from the PFL competitions - deprive FC Sumy Sumy of the right to participate in current and future competitions.

2) To deprive FC Sumy Sumy of the status of a professional club.

3) Prohibit R. Kozar from carrying out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life.

4) Prohibit O. Martyuk from carrying out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life.

5) Prohibit football player E. Luhov (born on April 09.04.1995, XNUMX) to carry out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life.

6) Prohibit football player O. Davydov (born on March 29.03.1982, XNUMX) from carrying out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life.

7) Prohibit football player T. Durai (born on July 31.07.1984, XNUMX) from carrying out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life.

8) Prohibit football player S. Garashchenkov (born on May 16.05.1990, XNUMX) from carrying out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life.

9) Prohibit football players D. Kohiya (born on April 22.04.1993, 10.02.1997), A. Kozlov (born on February 06.09.1980, 25.08.1992), A. Shtanka (born on September 26.05.1987, 25.05.1997), D. Bogachev (August 16.07.1992, 1) born), I. Tsikoliya (born on May XNUMX, XNUMX), V. Sharay (born on May XNUMX, XNUMX), J. 10) Prohibit football player M. Vechurka (born on June 06.06.1992, 6) from carrying out any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of XNUMX (six) months from the date of entry into force of the decision.

11) Prohibit football players D. Kohiya, A. Kozlov, A. Shtanka, D. Bogachov, I. Tsikoliya, V. Sharay, J. Rafalsky, M. Vechurka to carry out any activity related to football (administrative, sports etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years conditionally from the date of entry into force of the decision.

12) To set the players of D. Kohia, A. Kozlov, A. Shtanko, D. Bogachov, I. Tsikolia, V. Sharay, Y. Rafalsky, M. Vechurk a probationary period of 2 (two) years, during which they must prove their personal the behavior of its correction.

This decision of the KFC FFC may be appealed to the FFC Appeal Committee not later than 10 (ten) days after the receipt of the text of the decision with the motivating part.

The decision comes into force after the expiration of the term for its appeal or in case of appeal - after the decision of the FFU Appeals Committee.
