The competition for the title of "winter champion" in the second division ended quite unexpectedly. The leaders lost precious points and were forced to retreat.

In Group A, football fans will remember Polissya's confrontation with Chaika for a long time with their dramatic outcome. Even before the 88th minute, the hosts won - 3: 0 (the double was scored by their goal scorer Yaroslav Galenko). But thanks to the reshuffle conducted by the guest manager Taras Ilnytskyi, the Chaika players seemed impossible. Initially, Anton Muzychenko scored a long shot. Already in overtime, he fired another effective shot. And the last word was for Andriy Darda, who set the final score. 3: 3!

The main competitors of the Polishchuks, Niva from Ternopil and Veres, started their matches already knowing about the misfire of Anatoliy Bezsmertny's wards. But only Ternopil residents took the chance to take the lead, snatching the victory in Obolon-Brovar-2 thanks to a good shot by Oleg Khrustavka, making a wonderful gift to their manager Vasyl Malik, who had a birthday. This victory allowed Niva to lead the standings.

But "Veres" could not catch up with "Polissya", because he lost in Kalush. "Mistyany" acted very confidently in the debut, twice forced the guests to start from the center of the field, and the only thing that managed to players from Rivne, so it is to reduce the gap in the second half to a minimum.

We should also pay tribute to Bukovyna, which prevailed over Vinnytsia's Niva and left the relegation zone. The winning goal after the break was scored by the home team's scorer Vasyl Palahniuk, who did not make three face-to-face appearances with the visitors' goalkeeper in the first half.

In Group B, the central match of the tour took place in Kherson, where Crystal hosted the Alliance. The hosts managed to break the six-match winning streak of the guests. Dmytro Bondarenko and Andriy Barladym forced the opponent's goalkeeper to surrender in the second half. The ball scored by Barladim became the 11th on his account, which allowed him to lead the scoring race in his group.
