Andrii Shevchenko announced the Ukraine selection for the October matches against France, Germany and Spain

The head coach of the national team of Ukraine Andriy Shevchenko announced the list of players called up for training and participation in the matches that will take place in the first half of October.

There are 28 performers in the register. Roman Bezus is defined by the coach as a reserve of the national team, from which he can be transferred to the main lineup in case of health problems in someone from the main cohort.

Among those called - one newcomer. This is defender Yevhen Cheberko, who signed a contract with Austrian LASK this summer. Prior to that, the 22-year-old defender played for Luhansk Zorya for three years. Cheberko played a total of 39 games for the youth national team of Ukraine.

The national team will start its second training camp on October 5.

After the meeting at Boryspil airport, the team will immediately fly to Paris, where it will be joined by players playing in foreign championships. Two days after arrival, on October 7, the blue and yellows will play a friendly match against France at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis. The next day after the game, the Ukrainians will return to Kyiv, where they will spend the rest of the time until the end of the training camp. Two matches of the main team of the country in the UEFA League of Nations are scheduled for October 10 and 13 in the capital of our country - against Germany and Spain, respectively. Both matches will take place at the NSC "Olympic".
