Ukrainian Cup-1/2 semifinals draw: Agrobiznes will play with Dynamo, Olekandriya will face Zorya

Today, on March 4, the draw ceremony of the Ukrainian Cup-1/2 semifinals took place in the House of Football in Kyiv.

Serhii Nahornyak, the head coach of the Ukraine U-17 team, and Oleksandra Loboda, a TV presenter, helped to determine the semifinal pairs between the three clubs of the Premier League and one representative of the First league.

Also, in addition to the pairs of the semifinals, the host of the final match of the tournament was determined, which is to take place in Ternopil at the city stadium on May 1, 2.

The first preliminary stage

The first preliminary stage was attended by 38 clubs (13 teams of the first league, 23 teams of the second league and two amateur teams). 

Matches happened 26.08—30.08 and 08.09—09.09.2020. 

19 teams qualified for the second preliminary stage.

The second preliminary stage

The second preliminary stage was attended by 19 winners of the first round and three clubs of the first league.

Matches happened 16.09-17.09.2020.

Third preliminary stage (1/16 of the final)

The third preliminary stage (1/16 of the final) was attended by 11 winners of the second preliminary stage and 11 Premier League clubs.

Matches happened 30.09 and 13.11.2020.

Fourth round (1/8 finals)

Eight Premier League clubs, three first-league teams and one second-league team took part in the fourth round (1/8 finals).
