News from Ukraine camp: a walk through Odesa and training at Chornomorets stadium

The pre-game day in Odesa was started by the blue-yellows with breakfast, after which the team had free time and a walk.

Some of the guys gladly took the opportunity to walk along Prymorskyi Boulevard or Derybasivska street. Sunny weather and positive temperature made the morning promenade a pleasant opportunity to gain a cheerful tone. Thus, Heorhii Bushchan from Odesa was happy to show Andrii Yarmolenko and Serhii Sydorchuk the architectural gems of the central part of the city.

The main work of the team was scheduled for the evening. Before leaving for training there was a theoretical session, and already at Chornomorets stadium - a practical one. After warming up, the team performed a set of exercises aimed at coordination, speed and starting explosiveness, proposed by the physical training coach Vyacheslav Ruzhentsev.

During the main part of the pre-game session, the coaching staff worked out the model of the game that will be established tomorrow during the friendly match with Bulgaria. Acting head coach Oleksandr Petrakov was determined with the starting lineup for the match, and as for the application of 23 players, the coach has time until midnight European time to form it.

The blue-yellows traditionally count on strong support during the match in Odesa. According to the restrictions on the game with the Bulgarians, two thirds of Chornomorets stadium can be filled (18 out of 27 seats). It is expected that there will be about 10-11 thousand fans at the game. However, the figure has every reason to grow, because tickets are on sale. Therefore, the national team invites the people of Odesa to the match, which will start tomorrow at 19.30 pm. However, it is important to remember that the fans must have vaccination documents, negative PCR tests, rapid tests or doctor's certificates of antigen. For the convenience of fans, there will be three points in front of the stadium, where you can do a quick test.
