News from the camp of the Ukrainian national team: joining the Dnipro team and the first full day of work

On the second day of the meeting in Warsaw, the national team of Ukraine trained on the field of the stadium of the local club "Polonia".

Unlike the previous arena, the Gutnyk club, this stadium saw its team win the championship and the Polish Cup (twice in each competition). Currently, "Polonia" plays in the Second League - the third strongest division, having won in the previous season in the lower-ranked championship.

Oleksandr Pikhalyonok and Artem Dovbyk from Dnipro joined the field work today. In total, 15 field players and three goalkeepers worked.

After a run and physical exercises by physical training coach Ivan Bashtovy, the football players moved to the square, where passes were performed in one touch. This exercise added positive emotions, which is always important before intensive work. The main part of the training session was dedicated to working out game schemes and tactical options. The boys consolidated their work in the format of game series.

Tomorrow, the blue-yellow team will continue gathering in the capital of Poland.
