At its meeting, the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association made a number of decisions, including:

— after considering the materials regarding the suspension of FC Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih) football player Dmytro Khomchenovskyi during the match of the 4th round of the UPL championship between FC Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih) and FC Shakhtar (Donetsk), which took place on August 20, suspended the football player from participation in competitions for two matches, of which one match is conditional;

— after considering the materials regarding the expulsion of FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) football player Artem Bondarenko during the match of the 4th round of the UPL championship against FC Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih) — FC Shakhtar (Donetsk), which took place on August 20, suspended the football player from participation in a two-match competition. We will also remind you that the football player had a conditional sanction (for a serious game violation) during the match of the 2nd round of the UPL championship between FC "Veres" (Rivne) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on August 2. KDC UAF then suspended the football player from participating in competitions for two matches, of which one match was suspended. Due to the repeated violation, Artem Bondarenko will miss three matches;

— after reviewing the materials regarding the suspension of FC Veres (Rivne) football player Maksym Marusich during the match of the 4th round of the UPL championship between FC Veres (Rivne) and FC Vorskla (Poltava), which took place on August 19, suspended the football player from participation in competitions for two matches, of which one match is conditional;

— after considering the materials regarding the suspension of FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) football player Giorgi Gocholeishvili during the match of the 5th round of the UPL championship between FC Kolos (Kovalyvka) and FC Shakhtar (Donetsk), which took place on August 27, suspended the football player from participation in competitions for two matches;

— after reviewing the materials regarding the suspension of FC Zvyagel player Anton Yashkov during the match of the fourth preliminary stage of the Ukrainian Cup of the 2023/2024 season between FC Zvyagel and FC Obolon (Kyiv), which took place on August 23, suspended the player from participating in competitions on four matches, of which two matches are conditional.

We will remind that the above-mentioned persons continued their activities in the Russian Federation, which is recognized as a terrorist state by the Law of Ukraine "On the Prohibition of Propaganda of the Russian Nazi Totalitarian Regime, Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation as a Terrorist State Against Ukraine, Symbols of the Military Invasion of the Russian Nazi Totalitarian Regime in Ukraine" ( an aggressor state), after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine (February 24.02.2022, XNUMX).
