Based on the results of the first stage, depending on the places in the standings, two groups of six teams were formed, which will play two more rounds (home/away) according to the approved calendar.
Group 1: places from 1st to 6th - will determine the champion and runners-up of the top league and the two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League 2024/2025. Participants: "Kryvbas", "Vorskla", "Kolos", "Zhytlobud-1", "Shakhtar", "Ladomyr".
Group 2: places from 7th to 12th will be determined by the teams that will leave the higher league. Participants: "Dnipro-1", "Dynamo", "EMS-Podillia", "Veres", "Panthers", "Mariupol".
The team that, according to the results of the championship of Ukraine of the higher league of the 2023/2024 season, will take the 12th place, will move to the first league. The 10th and 11th-placed teams will play two transitional matches (home/away) with the third- and second-placed teams in the first league respectively.
