The training course under the UEFA C-license program has been completed

On March 7, 2024, the final day of the UEFA C-license program took place in the UAF premises. 23 students of the training course successfully passed the exams.

We will remind you that the training lasted for four months, during which the trainees successfully completed five training sessions and worked fruitfully in practical classes.

In total, during the course, its participants completed about 30 individual tasks and up to 10 tasks in their microgroups. The real test for them was the practical sessions, when each of the future coaches had to prepare and conduct a practical training in full with the respective groups of young football players. After each conducted training, colleagues from the microgroup, having analyzed it, provided their recommendations for improving the organization of the educational and training process.

During the course, students worked in the format of interactive work, constantly discussing the topics proposed by the course program. And there were quite a lot of them.

The organization of the course work is aimed at creating a platform of basic knowledge and work taking into account modern trends in training work with children.

Periodization of the stages of multi-year training with a clear understanding of sensitive periods of development of relevant qualities and skills, training methods and error correction, development of cognitive abilities, technical readiness and tactical literacy of young football players - all these topics, as well as topics of organizing work with parents of young football players, issues of rights protection children, rational nutrition and organization of work in the club system were jointly analyzed with the course participants.

26 people started the training, only 23 of them were admitted to the exams. But to the credit of those who were admitted, they passed the exams with positive grades. So, 23 knowledgeable and professional coaches are involved in the coaching family in the youth football sector.
