For four months, 25 trainers undergo training under the C-diploma program of the UAF, which consists of three sessions - lectures, methodical, seminar and practical classes.
The diploma of category C gives the right to work as a coach at all levels of amateur and children's and youth football, taking into account the requirements of national legislation.

Theoretical classes were conducted by the head of the Department of Sports Games of the Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University, Professor Viktor Kostyukevich, FC Zvyagel analyst Anton Filinskyi, FC Polissia (U-19) analyst Yuriy Sobolenko, as well as FC Zvyagel goalkeeping coach Serhiy Sarana, who has goalkeeper A-diploma of UEFA.
