Note that the match "Avangard" (Bziv) - "Vovchansk" (Vovchansk) will be a repetition of the final of the Cup of Ukraine among amateur teams.

* FC Arsenal Kyiv withdrew from the Ukrainian Cup after the structure of the competition was approved by the UAF Executive Committee. Rival FC Arsenal Kyiv will automatically get to the third preliminary stage.
