The general meeting of the participants of the Ukrainian Premier League was held

On August 18 in the House of Football a regular general meeting of participants of the Ukrainian Premier League took place.

The general meeting was attended by: Yevhen Dykyi - UPL Executive Director, UPL Directorate, representatives of all league clubs, UAF First Vice President Vadym Kostyuchenko and Football of Ukraine Union's chairman Ihor Hataullin.

At the general meeting, a decision was made to exclude FC Karpaty from the UPL members and to include FC Mynai, FC Rukh, and FC Inhulets in the UPL list of participants for the 2020/2021 season. The UAF first vice-president Vadym Kostyuchenko handed over the corresponding certificates to all three promoted clubs.

UPL participants also approved the results of the competitions among the the UPL clubs of the 2019/2020 season; annual report on the financial and economic activities of the UPL in the season 2019/2020; composition of UPL participants for the 2020/2021 season; UPL financial plan for the 2020-2021 season.

One of the most important issues on the agenda was the creation of UPL TV. After a constructive discussion, the clubs agreed to set up a working group in the coming days to implement the issue in practice.
