Two matches of the sixth round were postponed due to an outbreak of coronavirus in the "Alliance" and "VPK-Agro".

And on the eve of the confrontation in Ternopil it became known that due to the state of health the local "Niva" was left by the head coach Vasyl Malik, who led the team to the first league. Therefore, in the match with Obolon, the actions of Ternopil residents were led by Malik's assistant Ihor Bilan. And thanks to Bilan's substitutions, the hosts were able to turn the tide of the match and win a strong-willed victory. The winning goal in the 89th minute was scored by Oleksandr Demchenko, who started the game on the bench. Celebrating the first victory, Ternopil significantly improved their tournament position.

The match in Kherson was in question, where "Crystal" also did not avoid the onset of a viral infection. Nevertheless, the new head coach Serhiy Valyaev gathered the required number of players, and it was decided not to postpone the match with Volyn. The rivalry took place in an interesting fight, and the fate of the confrontation was decided by a single ball scored by Igor Sikorsky from Luhansk from the penalty spot.

The matches in Volochysk and Kremenchuk were also stubborn, where the players of Agrobusiness and Prykarpattia, respectively, proved to be stronger, which allowed Podolians to gain a foothold in the leading group, and Ivano-Frankivsk players to leave the relegation zone.
