34 years ago Ihor Belanov was recognized as the best football player in Europe
On December 29, 1986, it was announced that he was the winner of the most prestigious individual award of European and world football, the "Golden Ball" of the weekly France Football, became the Ukrainian footballer Igor Belanov.
