Champions League. Zinchenko's Man City stepped to the quarterfinals, and Malinowski's Atalanta stopped fighting in the tournament

As part of the return matches of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League "Manchester City" midfielder of the national team of Ukraine Oleksandr Zinchenko hosted Borussia Monchengladbach and Atalanta Ruslan Malinovskyi on the road met with Real Madrid Andrii Lunin.

Malinowski came out in the starting lineup of Bergamo and played a full match, which ended in victory for the hosts - 3: 1. The first match of these rivals in Italy ended with the victory of the Spanish club - 1: 0. So, "Real" stepped to the quarterfinals, the whole match in the reserve of which was played by Andriy Lunin.

Manchester City's Zinchenko, who appeared in the game in the 63rd minute, beat Borussia 2-0 for the second time and de jure qualified for the quarterfinals of the Champions League. 

We will add that six teams have already reached the quarterfinals: "Manchester City", "Real", "PSG", "Liverpool", "Borussia" D and "Porto".

Tomorrow, a full set of participants in the quarterfinals of the Champions League will be formed in the confrontations between Bayern Munich and Lazio and Chelsea against Atletico Madrid.

The draw for this stage of the tournament, as well as the semifinals, will take place on Friday, March 19.
