First League. Super-strong Kryvbas and unyielding Metalist
In the matches of the next, sixth round of the first league, the Kryvbas footballers made their fans worry, as they already lost to Podillya in their debut - 0: 2 (Denis Ostrovsky and Igor Karpenko scored).
As they say, a goal in Dragan Lovrych's locker room returned the intrigue in the match - 1: 2. And after the break Roman Debelko first leveled the score, and in the 75th minute Vyacheslav Ryabov put Kryvbas ahead - 3: 2. At the end of the match Podolyan could escape defeat, but the ally of the hosts was the crossbar.
Immediately after the final whistle, Kryvbas head coach Hennadiy Prykhodko said that the crazy support of the fans helped his wards to win a super-strong victory.
Kryvbas footballers could become sole leaders if Metalist were defeated in Lutsk today. But Slobozhany recorded another victory for their assets, although the hosts put up stubborn resistance. In the second half, Yuriy Romanyuk, Yevhen Banada and Brazilian Peyshot scored for Metalist - 3: 0 in favor of Kharkiv.
