Officially. Decision of the Ukrainian Association of Football Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Association of Football made several important decisions at its meeting.
In particular, the UAF Executive Committee decided:
— taking into account the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Physical Culture and Sports" Regarding the Demarcation of Sports Events and Competitions", to appeal to all involved football entities (UPL, PFL, professional clubs) to take the necessary actions actions (in particular, regarding the conclusion of contractual obligations related to marketing, television and other rights) in accordance with the requirements of this Law of Ukraine after it enters into force;
— after hearing information about the decision of the Sports Arbitration Court of the city of Lausanne in the case of the appeal of O.M. Sobutskyi and FC "Agrobusiness" (Volochysk) to the UAF, to instruct the UAF administration to contact the All-Ukrainian Sports Association of Football Veterans of Ukraine with the demand to immediately take measures regarding the implementation of the decision of the Sports Arbitration Court in terms of banning O. M. Sobutsky from any activity related to football for a period of five years;
— after hearing information about the appeals of a number of football subjects to courts of general jurisdiction for the resolution of football disputes, to call on all football subjects to fulfill the principles and obligations defined by the statutory documents of FIFA, UEFA and UAF, in the part of the exclusive jurisdiction of bodies for the implementation of football justice regarding the resolution of football disputes.
