The decision of the Executive Committee of the UAF regarding the procedure for distributing the funds of UEFA solidarity payments in 2023

Taking into account the extract from the minutes of the UPL general meeting and the letter from the PFL regarding the procedure for distributing UEFA solidarity payments, the UAF Executive Committee decided:

— to approve the following procedure for the distribution of the 2023 UEFA solidarity payments aimed at the development of children's and youth football between UPL and PFL clubs based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season:

1. 90 (ninety) percent of the total amount of UEFA solidarity payments in 2023 based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season — in equal parts between all active UPL clubs that did not participate in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and League of UEFA conferences in the 2021/2022 season, i.e. between all active UPL clubs of the 2022/2023 season, except FC Dynamo (Kyiv), FC Zorya (Luhansk) and FC Shakhtar (Donetsk);
2. 10 (ten) percent of the total amount of UEFA solidarity payments in 2023 based on the results of the 2021/2022 sports season — between active PFL clubs of the 2022/2023 season in the following ratio:

• 80 (eighty) percent of the specified amount of funds — in equal parts between the active clubs of the first league of the PFL for the 2022/2023 season;
• 20 (twenty) percent of the specified amount of funds — in equal parts between the active clubs of the second league of the PFL for the 2022/2023 season.
