After a long break, the women's national football team of Ukraine WU-15 was able to conduct a full-fledged stage of preparation for the Development Tournament under the auspices of UEFA and the European Championship.

"We did not lose by choosing Ternopil as the venue for the meeting," said the head coach of the Ukrainian WU-15 girls' national team Olena Kudziyeva in a comment to the official UAF website. — Thanks to the hosts, who already had the experience of conducting such joint trainings, for their hospitality, and to the wards for their fighting qualities, the desire to enrich themselves with the necessary information. Everything they planned was done.

— Under your guidance, the girls' national team of Ukraine held two sparring matches in Ternopil: declassified "Ladomyr" (8:1) and parted ways with the "Movement" (3:3).

— First, they found out the relationship with their peers from "Ladomir" and easily prevailed. In the match against "Rukh" they met with a youth team, and the Lviv girls, who were several years older, won in the first half - 3:0. However, this did not derail my wards, who even before the break reduced the deficit to a minimum, and in the second half not only equalized the situation, but were also close to celebrating a super-willed victory.

— In Ternopil, were you able to see all the strongest soccer players of this age in action?

— No, Anastasia Shvorin and Veronika Derevyanko could not come due to injuries. I am counting on them already at the next meeting in August. I received the necessary information about all 23 players who worked in Ternopil, and I will not hide it: personnel changes are still ahead. Although it is important that all the wards went out on the field in good spirits, and none of them dropped out of the ensemble...

— You have already emphasized that the next meeting will be held in August, and who will be the host?

— We are making efforts to hold international control matches away from home in August. It will be very good if you are lucky enough to play with Latvian or Slovak women. Well, the first official matches are planned at the traditional Development Tournament under the auspices of UEFA already in the spring of 2024.
