"Griffin" of the capital is the champion of Ukraine in beach football-2023

Yesterday in Kyiv, the final match of the anniversary, 20th, championship of Ukraine in beach soccer took place at the "Hydropark-Arena". According to the results of an uncompromising confrontation, Yevhen Varenytsia's team defeated the current champions from "VIT" with a score of 3:1! This is the second championship of "Gryphons" in history (the first one was won in 2016).

According to the results of the competition, the head coach of "Griffin" Evgeny Varenytsia received the prize as the best coach of the championship, and was also awarded the special order of the Ukrainian Football Association "Legend of Football of Ukraine", which was presented by the first vice-president of UAF Vadym Kostyuchenko.

"Griffin" forward Dmytro Voytenko received prizes as the best scorer (11 goals) and the best player of the 2023 championship (MVP). The prize for the best goalkeeper went to Oleksandr Poslavskyi ("VIT"), and the "Legend of Beach Soccer" prize from APFU went to the legendary Vitaly Sidorenko.
