An extraordinary conference of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Football Association was held. At the conference, the report of the chairman of the association Andrii Bondarenko about the period of his work in the position was heard. After that, the new head of IFOAF (25 votes out of 26) was selected Taras Klim.

Vasyl Sikora was unanimously elected first deputy chairman, and Vitaly Fedoriv (chairman of Ivano-Frankivsk RAF), Taras Yavorskyi (chairman of Kolomiysk RAF), Ruslan Tsyuper (chairman of Kaluska RAF), Mykola Vasylkiv (first vice-president of DUFLIFO) and Oleh Volosyanka ( executive secretary of IFAF).

Further, according to the agenda, the delegates made a number of important decisions. Among them, in particular, the decision to turn to the UAF with the demand to ensure the holding of the meeting of the executive committee for convening the extraordinary Congress of the UAF and to ensure that it is held within the terms specified by the UAF Statute. To propose the following agenda of the extraordinary UAF Congress:

1. On the election of the working bodies of the Extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF.
2. On the recognition that the next reporting and election XXV Congress of the UAF has not taken place.
3. About the election of the president of the UAF.
4. On approval of the quantitative composition of the members of the Executive Committee of the UAF, first vice-presidents of the UAF, vice-presidents of the UAF.
5. About the election of the first vice-presidents of the UAF.
6. About the election of vice-presidents of the UAF.
7. On the election of members of the Executive Committee of the UAF.
8. On the election of the audit body of the UAF.
9. On the election of chairmen, deputy chairmen and members of the football justice administration bodies of the UAF.
10. On the granting of powers for state registration of changes to information about UAF in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations.

Conference delegates unanimously supported the proposal to convene an extraordinary Congress of the public union "Ukrainian Football Association".
