WU-16. "Ladomyr" is the winner of the 2024 Girls' League Cup

The final matches of the Ukrainian Under-16 Football League Cup for the 2024 season took place at the city stadium "Shkolyar" in Lviv.

According to the results of the preliminary stage, the four best teams made it to the final stage of the competition. At the final stage, the teams formed two semi-final pairs, the winners of which met in the decisive match, and the losers played for the third place. March 4 in Lviv determined Cup winner and competition winners.

In the match for bronze awards, the national team of Vinnytsia region defeated "Sisters" from Odesa — 3:0. In the final meeting with the same score, "Ladomyr" from Vladimir defeated "Lyceum" (Kostopil).

After fierce battles, a solemn awarding ceremony took place, which was attended by the head of the women's and girls' football department of the UAF Ruslan Didenko, the head coach of the Ukrainian women's national team WU-17 Serhiy Sapronov, the representative of the Lviv regional military administration Pavlo Lysko, the executive director of the Lviv football association Stepan Ponaida.

According to the results of the final part of the competition, the organizers of the tournament awarded the best players in several nominations:

best goalkeeper Maria Vakulko ("Lyceum" Kostopil);

best defender Kateryna Derkach ("Lyceum" Kostopil);

best midfielder Olena Marceniuk (Vinnytsia Oblast national team);

best striker Adriana Kushnir (Vinnytsia Oblast national team);

best scorer — Daria Artemenko ("Ladomyr" Volodymyr).
