WU-14. "Podil" is the winner of the 2024 Girls' League Cup

The final matches of the Ukrainian Under-14 Football League Cup for the 2024 season took place at the city stadium "Shkolyar" in Lviv.

According to the results of the preliminary stage, the four best teams made it to the final stage of the competition. At the final stage, the teams formed two semi-final pairs, the winners of which met in the decisive match, and the losers played for the third place. March 14 in Lviv determined Cup winner and competition winners.

In the match for bronze awards, the national team of Vinnytsia region defeated SDYUSSHOR from Uzhgorod — 3:2. In the final match, the players of the Kyiv State Youth League "Podil" defeated the national team of the Rivne region - 1:0.

After the fierce competition, a solemn award ceremony was held, which was attended by the head of the women's and girls' football department of UAF Ruslan Didenko, the representative of the Women's and girls' football committee of UAF Mykhailo Ovchar, the head coach of the women's national team of Ukraine WU-15 Olena Kudziyeva, the executive director of the Lviv Football Association Stepan Ponaida , head of the department of the Lviv Football Association, Volodymyr Gevko.

According to the results of the final part of the competition, the organizers of the tournament awarded the best players in several nominations:

best goalkeeper Krystyna Alpatova (Podil Secondary School (Kyiv));

best defender Daryna Ivasko (SDYUSSHOR (Uzhgorod));

best midfielder Kateryna Shevchuk (national team of Rivne region);

best striker Myroslava Lavryk (Podil Secondary School (Kyiv));

best scorer — Arina Paskarenko (Vinnytsia Oblast national team).
