The 15th training session under the UEFA Defense Diploma program was held in Kyiv

From March 18 to March 20, the 15th training session under the UEFA Diploma Program was held at the Obolon Arena.

The session was attended by UAF teachers and coaches with thematic presentations:

— Oleksandr Funderat — "Organization of work in the FC office";

— Vyacheslav Kuchuk — "Modeling of group and team interactions when organizing flank attacks";

— Valery Shamardin — "Be demanding, professional and flexible with a focus on results (on the example of Marcelo Bielsa's work)";

— Serhiy Zadiran — "Structure of FIFA, UEFA, UAF, FC";

— Viktor Dogadailo — "Tactical preparation and pressing";

— Serhii Kovalets — analysis of prepared trainings (educational practice).

Current trainers-instructors Oleksandr Golovko and Volodymyr Lazorenko participated in the work of microgroups from presentations on the preparation, conduct and analysis of games by course participants with their teams.

FC fitness trainers and rehabilitators Vadym Sapai, Volodymyr Deul and Dmytro Ponomarenko presented their vision regarding physical training of masters teams. At the end of the session, the trainees were given a task to perform at the workplace.
