Ladomir and Mariupolchanka will play in the finals of the Women's Championship in the First League

On June 18, in Vinnytsia of Lviv region, at the stadium named after Bogdan Markevich, under the auspices of the FFU, the semifinal matches of the final stage of the championship of Ukraine among women's teams in the First League took place.

Each of the matches kept the fans in suspense until the very final whistle. If Volodymyr-Volyn's Ladomyr was able to remove all questions about the winner only in overtime, then in another semifinal match the winner had to be determined in a series of post-match penalties.

The first game in which Ladomyr met Yantarochka started with reconnaissance - both teams were in no hurry to force events on the field. The players from Novoyavorivsk had more control over the ball, but their opponents' attacks were a bit sharper. One of them in the 7th minute, ended with the goal of Lilia Chorna: Victoria Girin used a hole in defense and opened the scoring in the match.

Almost immediately the guests could play back - Svitlana Klinarchuk from the left flank jumped out to meet the goalkeeper, and after beating him, did not hit from an acute angle.

In the 35th minute of the meeting, Volyn increased its lead in the score, scoring a goal after a corner. At first, Olga Shevchuk was the first to pick up, but the ball hit the frame of the goal after her shot, and Anna Myakota managed to finish, who sent the "round" into the net.

The beginning of the second half of the game shocked the Yantarochka players again, the dexterous Girin ran away from the defenders and punched into the far corner, but the goalkeeper managed to hit her, but this time Myakota was the first to finish.

In the 72nd minute, Tetyana Bubnyak could have brought the score to a crushing, but punching a penalty, which was brought to her team by Roman Lukach, hit the post. The guests, having withstood such a blow, with the efforts of Natalia Sobchyshyn and Ivanna-Lesia Tarnavska were able to reduce the gap to a minimum. However, all hopes and efforts of their partners to turn the game into overtime were already dashed by the Yantarochka goalkeeper, who managed to miss the ball from the penalty spot forty minutes after Olga Shevchuk's shot.

As a result, Volodymyr-Volynskyi Ladomyr snatched the victory and reached the final of the competition. After the match, the team's coach Oleh Bortnik admitted that the actions of his wards were affected by the transition from natural to artificial. "It was very difficult. At home we do not have an artificial field and play on the grass, so the girls needed time to get used to such coverage. It is obvious that they are very tired, so you need to have a good rest before the final. We controlled the game, had a solid advantage, but with a score of 3: 0 did not score a penalty, and the "football law" almost punished us. There were still good moments - but it's football, so it's interesting, and even more so for women. "

Ladomir (Volodymyr-Volynskyi) - Yantarochka (Novoyavorivsk) - 4: 2

Goals: Girin (7), Flesh (35, 45), Shevchuk (90 + 3) - Sobchyshyn (81), Tarnavska (90 + 3)

In another semifinal match, a young team from Vinnytsia - VO CYSS - and Mariupol's "Mariupolchanka" met, which included many experienced players.

It was the guests from Mariupol who took the initiative in the game from the start, and the most active was the well-known and experienced Svitala Frishko. It was she who opened the scoring in the match, responding to a pass from the flank and heading the ball into the net. Vinnytsia tried to counterattack sharply, but all their active actions in the first half of the game took place mainly near the penalty area of rivals.

The second half dramatically changed the situation on the field, and already the nominal home side played more powerful. Their activity was successful after 52 minutes. The captain of the team Natalia Churikova, also after drawing a free kick, having jumped defenders, also a head has punched in a counter goalkeeper.

Encouraged by their success, the Vinnytsia team could have taken the lead almost immediately, but after a corner kick from Yulia Levchuk's killer position, the defenders blocked it. In the middle of the second half, Mariupolchanka captain Yana Vynokurova, who received a second warning and left the field, put their team in an extremely difficult position.

However, the Vinnytsia team could not take advantage of the numerical advantage in the main time, and the game turned into two additional extra-halves. Both teams were in no hurry to sharpen the game, the nominal hosts were a bit more active, but the players from Mariupol "dried" the game well, not allowing the rivals to create at least one dangerous moment near their own goal. And the winner had to be determined in a series of post-match penalties, where the players of "Mariupolchanka" proved to be more accurate. Decisive shot on the account of Inna Magurdinova.

"I thank my girls who taught in the field to the last. It was a very difficult game, - the coach of the winners Karina Kulakovska commented on the result of the meeting. - We went to this victory, trained for a long time, tried and, I think, deserved to reach the final. We will play against Ladomir there, and, I can say, despite today's fatigue, we will not stay in defense. Plus, the rivals also had a difficult match. Of course, the loss of the captain due to the withdrawal will make its adjustments, but I think the girls will be able to cope with it. There are players who will be able to show their leadership qualities».

IN CYSS (Vinnytsia) - "Mariupolchanka" (Mariupol) - 1: 1 (on penalties 4: 5)
