Open Soccer Lessons started in Kharkiv

Football - for everyone! Under this slogan, the festival within the framework of the FFU social project "Open Football Lessons", which is supported by the European Union, ended on April 16 at the Krasnograd Gymnasium "Grant". 

The action is aimed at engaging in sports for children, including displaced children, football promotion and healthy lifestyles for students.

In Kharkiv Oblast, the main organizers of the project were the Kharkiv Oblast Football Federation and the Kharkiv Oblast Branch of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The head of the Krasnograd district state administration Yevhen Tretyakov was present at the solemn event of the festival.

The sporting event began with a fun warm-up. After that, volunteers settled in groups at 12 locations to participate in various football games, exercises and competitions. They introduced children to the simplest elements of football, the rules of conduct in the stadium, the basics of a healthy lifestyle and united all children, including displaced children. All participants received great pleasure and positivity from the holiday and were convinced that football is not a simple game, but a way of life that unites and inspires. The Football Federation of Ukraine presented all children and volunteers with football equipment and gear.
