Vadim Kostyuchenko: “This summer, within the framework of the special program of the FFU, nearly 100 open football lessons were held”

У within the framework of the action "Football vacation with FFU" the training of the children took placewho are resting in the children's camp "Artek".

The outdoor football lesson was fun started with an energetic warm-up workout, which was conducted by qualified coaches of the Football Federation of Ukraine. During the lesson, the coaches introduced the children to the basics of football, the subtleties of training, sports training.

All children became active participants in master classes and tried all the elements of working with the ball themselves.

Before the children's football holiday, the participants of the open lesson were greeted by the first vice-president of the Football Federation of Ukraine Vadym Kostyuchenko, who presented the camp pupils with soccer balls and souvenirs with FFU logos in memory of participation in the FFU Football Vacation project. In total, almost 100 open football lessons were held this summer as part of the FFU special program, in which more than 1000 children took part.

According to Vadym Kostyuchenko, the federation, implementing this project, does not put any selectivity: on the fields belonging to the children's football academy at FFU, during the summer they are engaged as children and teenagers from sports sections and yard football teams playing in tournaments for prizes "Leather ball ", and teenage groups from associations of migrants from the temporarily occupied territories and children of participants of anti-terrorist operation.

On behalf of the Football Federation of Ukraine, on behalf of the FFU President Andriy Pavelko, the head coach of our national team Andriy Shevchenko, the coach of the youth national team of Ukraine Volodymyr Yezersky, who is currently preparing our footballers for the Victor Bannikov Memorial, let me greet you at our sports grounds. FFU First Vice President Vadym Kostyuchenko opened an open football lesson. - I invite you all to support our youth team in the stands of the Bannikov Stadium in the games against the teams of Slovakia (August 15), Lithuania (August 16) and Georgia (August 18). I am sure that your presence in the stands will inspire our team and help defeat opponents.

There is no doubt that today's football lesson will be remembered by you, as well as the vacation spent in the camp "Artek". I wish you personal victories, and these balls, which you received as a gift, will leave you with a memory of this day, which you spent with the best game in the world. "
