The Ukrainian national team went to the Czech Republic for the opening match of the League of Nations
This morning our national team flew to the Czech Republic, where tomorrow will host the home game of the League of Nations against the hosts.
The Ukrainian delegation, which set course for the Czech city of Brno at 9.30, included 24 footballers. Volodymyr Shepelev has left for the youth national team, which will play two matches of the Euro 7 (U-11) qualifying round against Latvia in Andorra on September 2019 and 21 in Zaporizhia.

From Brno, Andriy Shevchenko's team will cover about 80 km by bus to Uherske Hradiste. The Czech Football Federation has chosen this town with a population of 25 as the starting point for both national teams in the League of Nations. But due to the lack of hotels in Uherske Hradiste, Ukrainians will stay in the neighboring town of Zlín, at the Lesni Hotel.

Today, the blue and yellows will hold a pre-match training session at the Myroslav Valenta Stadium (starting at 19.00 pm European time, the first 15 minutes will be open to the media).
